You must be at least 18 years old to use wg8's services. wg8 may request a copy of your government-issued ID for age verification at any time.

• You must be of sound mind
• All gameplay must be conducted with your own funds and of your own free will.
• Compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction is entirely your responsibility
• You must not appear on any sanctioned or restricted persons list in any country

Deposits and withdrawals on wg8 can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, and approved e-wallets. Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit
• Every withdrawal request is processed within 5–30 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Winnings from free bets or free spins may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
• Wg8 reserves the right to void any bonus upon evidence of bonus abuse.
• If the same person attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated

All games on wg8 use RNG (Random Number Generator) systems verified by third-party audits in accordance with international standards. Each game outcome is entirely independent and is not influenced by any previous result.

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is publicly disclosed.

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Opening or using an account under a false identity
• Hacking or phishing attempts
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

Wg8 may suspend or terminate an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Engaging in Prohibited Activities
• Instructions from legal authorities
• Dormant accounts (inactive for more than 12 months)

In the case of a disciplinary closure, the balance may be forfeited. If the account is closed due to inactivity, the balance will be preserved and the account can be reactivated.
